Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development individual who is going to be reporting directly to CEO of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities through our client’s database, research and networking
- Follow-up with existing businesses in the sales pipeline
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding
- Attend industry events and conferences
Requirements:
- Extremely self-driven and motivated to succeed
- At least 2 years of experience in business development
- MBA from a reputed business college
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Proactive in identifying and pursuing business opportunities
- Strong ability to engage with clients and partners
- Ability to follow up on leads and close deals
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Confident and able to represent the brand
- Willingness to travel as needed to attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Salary Range: 150K to 200K
Job Type : Onsite Fulltime 10 AM to 7 PM Monday to Friday
