Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development individual who is going to be reporting directly to CEO of the company.


  • Identifying new business opportunities through our client’s database, research and networking
  • Follow-up with existing businesses in the sales pipeline
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding
  • Attend industry events and conferences


  • Extremely self-driven and motivated to succeed
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development
  • MBA from a reputed business college
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Proactive in identifying and pursuing business opportunities
  • Strong ability to engage with clients and partners
  • Ability to follow up on leads and close deals
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Confident and able to represent the brand
  • Willingness to travel as needed to attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Salary Range: 150K to 200K

Job Type : Onsite Fulltime 10 AM to 7 PM Monday to Friday
