Job description

We are currently looking for a senior resource as dedicated HR Director to oversee the HR department operations and management to ensure the organization adheres to its policies and procedures. Some of the primary duties of HR directors include managing the HR department budget, employee benefits, compensation, development, training, labour relations, Recruitment, communicating with management and executives, and collaborating with senior management to ensure the company’s human resources department adheres to HR regulations and laws.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of various job posting platforms/tools used in the USA to advertise open roles on various channels including job boards, professional social networks, and our careers page.
  • Oversee daily operations of the human resources department.
  • Provide constructive and time-efficient performance evaluations

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training new employees remotely in the U.S.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to gain insight into the business objectives and strategies associated with employee relations, recruitment, retention, training programs, and company culture.
  • Develop and implement policies and training and improve HR processes.
  • Identify recruitment and employment relations and needs, and develop and implement HR practices, such as hiring and talent management.
  • Monitor and ensure the company’s compliance with state, federal, and local legal requirements, and suggest the best practices, modifications, and reviews to maintain adherence.
  • Stay updated on the best regulatory measures, practices, and new technologies in human resource management, employment law, and talent management, and apply this in-depth knowledge to communicate any alterations in policies, practices, and resources to senior management.
  • Develop and apply departmental budgets.
  • Manage job satisfaction among employees.
  • Perform other duties as per the requirements of the organization.

Required Abilities and Skills:

  • 5 years Proven work experience as a Senior Manager or 2 years of experience as HR Director is required in the U.S. industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (American accent), both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Well-developed time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strategic thinking abilities regarding workforce planning.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • The ability to adapt to the immediate needs of the company and its employees.
  • The ability to delegate and prioritize tasks when necessary.
  • Thorough knowledge of the U.S. laws and regulations in employee relations.
  • Degree in Human Resource Management.

Benefits and Working Hours:

Salary offered Rs. 400,000 – Rs. 500,000 per month.

From 08:00 PM to 04:00 AM (PST) Night Shift.

On-Site Job in Karachi. (No Hybrid and Remote work)
