  • Leading the design, development, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of D365 solutions observing the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Change Management processes.
  • Advising the business and driving solution delivery engagements specific to D365 initiatives.
  • Developing and delivering documentation for upgrades, implementation, and change management, along with business and technical process changes.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving Production Critical issues in an expeditious timeframe.
  • Lead and participate in the discovery,definition, design, and deployment of initiatives and support in concert with other IT and business resources.
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and business partners to deploy scalable and sustainable enterprise-level applications, interfaces, and reporting that meet business needs based on documented requirements under normal supervision.


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, MIS or related field.
  • Thorough knowledge of ERP applications and how they work for functional areas such as Finance, Production, Order Management, Warehouse/Inventory and Reporting.
  • 2 to 3 years of IT experience with AX2012 / D365 projects & support experience: Sales orders, production orders, procurement, inventory.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in an understandable manner to those not experienced in IT. Ability to communicate business processes and technical processes based on the audience
  • Demonstrated ability to work with functional leaders and team members to discover, document, design and implement business processes in an D365 ERP application platform.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • The ability to prioritize work and respond quickly as necessary to address changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary Range: 150k
