Key Deliverables & Accountabilities

The overall design, implementation, and management of the service delivery processes within the Architectural & Decorative Coatings Business of the Company in order to fulfill the “Promise to Customer”, while operating in line with group strategy and business plans, budgets, and KPIs. These would include but not be limited to

(a) design and implementation of workflows and processes to deliver customer experience goals.

(b) preparing detailed implementation plans for delivery of the service product and, once approved, ensuring their implementation.

(c) harnessing internal resources and identifying as well as managing external / 3rd party vendors for achieving the required service outcomes.

(d) contribution to the achievement of team targets for revenues and profits.

(e) continuous input to the development and utilization of the digital ecosystem.

(f) successful implementation of any special projects assigned.

(g) excellence in and across the function.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s level academic attainment from a reputable university with minimum 5 years of post-graduation hands-on experience. A specialization in software, civil or industrial engineering, or work involving process development and its implementation is required.
  • Some UAE experience in facilities management or other service industry would be helpful but is not mandatory.
  • Capacity to think and act proactively with a general attitude towards achieving quality for its own sake combined with a financial conscious mindset.
