This position’s main purpose is to manage the sales and marketing aspects of the day-to-day business transaction and processes to ensure that real-estate sales targets are met effectively in line with the marketing strategy of the company.
Achieve full rental occupancy by advertising, filling vacancies, conducting tours, drafting lease documentation, negotiating lease agreements, and enforcing lease terms.
Experience required 4 to 5 years
Bachelors in business management/marketing / MBA preferred
Promote property through various marketing initiatives for sale.
Maintain social media presence at the property level and at a corporate level and maintain accurate information on the company website.
Design promotional web landing pages to track the effectiveness of other marketing initiatives and draft Press Releases represent the company to media outlets.
Seek to maximize rental income, set goals and keep track of internal vs. external benchmarks. Also, minimize marketing expenses and develop annual forecasts.
Accomplish financial objectives by paying bills, preparing an annual budget with the assistance of the finance manager, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective action
Visually inspect interior and exterior of properties according to a regular schedule, daily, weekly, monthly, and report to management for areas that need attention.
Provide rental rate recommendations by surveying local rental rates; forecast expenses, and profit goals.
Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, coordinating repairs, assist in planning renovations.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends and present them to the Project Supervisor.
Maintain relationships with clients, tenants, management, and all external stakeholders.
