Job Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: They should be able to create and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience. They should know how to engage with the audience and create content that resonates with them.
  • Content Creation: They should have strong creative skills to brief the design team an idea of visually appealing content, including finding examples of graphics, videos, and other multimedia content they want to have delivered. They should also be able to write compelling captions and headlines that encourage engagement and drive traffic.
  • Analytics: They should have an understanding of social media analytics to measure the effectiveness of their campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Community Management: They should be skilled at engaging with the community, answering questions, responding to comments, and addressing concerns. They should be able to build relationships with the audience and keep them engaged with the brand.
  • Knowledge of Games and Web3: They should have a good understanding of the Games and Web3 industries, including the latest trends and updates. They should be able to create content that is relevant to the audience and showcases the company’s products and services.
  • Adaptability: They should be able to quickly adapt to changes in the social media landscape and adjust their strategies accordingly. They should be able to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and changes in algorithms.

Overall, a successful social media manager should have a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills, along with a deep understanding of the target audience and the Games and Web3 industries.

Experience: 3-5 Years

Salary Range: 150k
