Key Performance Indicators / KPIs:
- Achievement of Sales Budget. (Cu Tons)
- Credit Days. (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Achievement of Active Dealer (%).
- Build & maintain good relationships with existing as well as prospective dealers.
- Sales & Collection of receivables from dealers.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- To ensure coverage through daily market visits.
- To secure credit extended to Dealers through Post Dated Cheques.
- Ensure availability of stocks & POS material at dealer outlet.
- To maintain proper display of company products at dealer outlets.
- Expansion of dealers’ network.
- Know the competitor’s activities and timely update to the concerns in the company.
- Timely resolution of issues related to dispatches, accounts & ledger difference.
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- To work closely with marketing team for BTL activities in the assigned territory.
- Maintain proper record of all dealer related documents in separate files.
- Self-motivated & goal oriented with desire to deliver results.
- Possesses good Territory Management, Customer Engagement, Active Listening, Negotiation & Sales Presentation skills.
- Possess Prospecting, Lead Qualification, Relationship building, Problem Solving, Objection Handling & Customer Service skills.
- Good knowledge of MS office and ERP system.
Experience: 4 Years
Salary Range: 75k
